Anastasia now weighs 11 lbs 6.3 oz and is 21.5 inches long. She is a healthy girl! She had her first real smile at the doctors office. At a light bulb! I couldn't get it on film.

Ten Days to go

or less. Hopefully less. I am so tired. Our health is good. The doctor thinks the baby is going to be a little small. But he is judging just by feeling my stomach! I am ready to be done.

Labor & Delivery Tour

We went to see the hospital last night. The Mother/Baby units are all private. Baby rooms in with Mom(unless of course Mom is too tired, then they will take baby to nursery). Dad can stay overnight if he wants. I say go home for your last 2 nights of peace and quiet!!! The maternity ward is catered by a different company than the rest of the hospital and they say the food is really good!

We didn't get to see any labor & delivery rooms. They were all being used. The overflow room was also being used. There was also a girl in triage, and another girl headed there. They were very busy last night!

I will be able to use my cell phone in my room and L & D so I can blog right away from the room if I feel up to it.

I have an appointment at 1. Ultrasound tomorrow!

Not much of an update, but I start seeing my new OB on Thursday. My insurance did not cover the hospital the old Dr. delivered at. I am almost 30 weeks. 10 more to go.

We still have to get a few things, like a baby bouncer seat, and some more clothes. Diapers, too!
